ADVANTAGE

Our program has been developing student athletes for the past 8 years in Aberdeen and NE Region of SD. We develop functional power, speed and strength by utilizing free weight resistance training, plyometric drills, flexibility and core training. We have a wide variety of equipment and will incorporate sport specific speed, agility and metabolic conditioning drills. All student-athletes will also get one-on-one personal coaching throughout camp. We will track progress to ensure results!

Jr. ADVANTAGE

This class focuses on the fundamentals of movement with a strong emphasis on form and proper mechanics. We also incorporate speed, agility, plyometrics, power drills and core to ensure our athletes are well rounded!
